App version
Language preferences
Anonymous usage analytics (features used, screens visited)

Provide and maintain the App
Sync your collection and decks across devices

5/ Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers (AWS infrastructure)
Authentication tokens are encrypted on your device
We use row-level security to ensure you can only access your own data
We do not sell your personal information to third parties

6/ Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any
time (see Section 8), which will permanently remove all your data from our servers.

7/ Children’s Privacy

RiftManager is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13.

8/ Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and all associated data
Export your data
Opt-out of analytics (in App settings) To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the App.

9/ Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes
through the App or by email.

Terms of Service

1/ Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RiftManager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of
Service (« Terms »). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2/ Description of Service

RiftManager is a companion app for the RiftBound trading card game. It allows you to:

Track your card collection
Build and manage decks
Monitor card prices
Record match history
Follow tournaments and player rankings

RiftManager is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games or any official
RiftBound entity.

3/ User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must not share your account with others
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

4/ Subscription & Payments

4.1/ Free Tier

Basic features are available for free.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through:

Monthly subscription: €3.99/month
Yearly subscription: €29.99/year
Lifetime purchase: €49.99 (one-time)

4.3/ Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the
current period
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings

4.4/ Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

5/ Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use automated systems or bots to access the App
Interfere with other users’ use of the App
Upload malicious content or code

6/ Intellectual Property

The App and its original content are owned by Antoine Peze and protected by intellectual
property laws
RiftBound, card images, and related content are property of Riot Games
You retain ownership of your user-generated content (decks, notes, etc.)

7/ Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED « AS IS » WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. Card prices displayed are for informational purposes only and may not reflect actual market prices.

8/ Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9/ Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

10/ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11/ Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes
acceptance of the new Terms.

13/ Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

Open the RiftManager app
Go to Profile → Settings
Scroll to the bottom
Tap « Delete my account »
Confirm the deletion This will permanently delete your profile, decks, matches, collection data, price alerts, and notifications. This action cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, send an email to hello (at) riftmanager.app with the
subject « Account Deletion Request ». We will process your request within 30 days.
